Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at Userway, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aspects of our social media presence and marketing materials. You will collaborate with our marketing and web development team to craft eye-catching graphics that promote our brand, products, and services across various online platforms. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a keen understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our customers, you will design a wide range of materials, including website graphics and product packaging.
Requirements:
*3+ years of graphic design experience.
*Excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
*Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and marketing projects.
*Expertise in design software and technologies such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch.
*Demonstrated experience in graphic design, with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
*Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS is preferred, but not required.
*Good understanding of content management systems and their application in design workflows.
*Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
*Familiarity with international web protocols, standards, and technologies relevant to graphic design.
*Adaptability and eagerness to learn new design techniques and software.
*Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales.
*A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Must have:
-11 am Dubai time availability for a daily meeting
-Availability to work 4 hours during Dubai working hours
